All white is back again this season and despite the fact that it’s actually damn near physically impossible for me not to drip ketchup/graze a tire with my leg/smudge makeup on myself when I wear white, I still go for it. I just make sure to carry around a Tide-to-go pen with me everywhere I go of course because I will not succumb to my inability to be coordinated and take Fashion’s name in vain. Dammit.
It’s already a comfortable 70-80 degrees here in LA and this is one awesome trend to get on board with – one you don’t have to be on a tropical island to attempt. Whether it’s out to brunch, out for a cocktail or a stroll down Larchmont, all white is in and it’s a fun and easy trend to give a go. I’ve also personally always had an appreciation for anything checked/gingham/plaid so these wide leg checked trousers naturally called to me. They give a slight nod to that 70’s trend that is also very in right now, and they’re the perfect casual chic work pant that can easily transition into perfect “going out” pants! If you don’t have a solid pair of wide leg trousers, now might be the time to consider investing in a pair, especially as we enter these warmer months! So much air… so much movement… so nice.
