I can’t seem to stop buying button down shirts from Madewell right now. “This one has little palm trees, I’ll take it.” “This one has has an open back! I’ll take it.” THIS one has a great plaid color palate, I’ll take it!” – me, every time I step foot in Madewell. I just absolutely love a good lightweight shirt for summer, and Madewell makes all the best ones. (I know I’m already really selling this hard and I promise this is not an ad, just a personal observation!)

Another trend of sorts that I am loving this Summer is the statement shoe – remember last week when I chatted about my love for statement mules? Well this week it carries over to my love for a good pair of summertime statement heels. The key is to find a pair that make you want to go on vacation, and make THAT your statement.

Schutz has some of the absolute cutest shoes/heels right now, and that is of course where I scored these adorable “take me to Mexico” sandals. They look great with a casual pair of jeans but they also look amazing with a summer dress or romper!
