Holy hell I’m alive. I’m home, I’m here, I’m sober, and though it’s going to be incredibly short-lived (especially the sober part), I wanted to make sure we got a head start on all the activities that went down this weekend on our LDW adventure up through the Central Coast.
I. love. the Central Coast area (Pismo, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, and Paso Robles specifically), mostly because there’s an over abundance of places to taste and purchase wine, but it’s worth noting that the trek outside the city will only cost you 2-3 hours, and your destination(s) is the perfect spot for an easy-going getaway. Lets just say, the “super chill vibes bro” nature of the Central Coast makes LA look as cracked out as Burning Man, but as Angelenos… it sure is nice to experience that “calmer” way of life paired with a little light adventure. And by adventure I mean mapping your way around tasting rooms.
