Menswear and matching suit sets are headed straight to the top of the trend charts and it’s one of the trends with mega staying power regardless of the season. Suits will always be in style so long as we all have jobs and meetings and events and so forth. When it’s time to feel like a boss lady, it’s time to pull out a pair of pants, a blazer, and some heels and get to kickin’ butt with confidence.

To me, there’s no bigger statement (and easier way to get dressed) than an all black ensemble. With this particular outfit I chose to throw on my favorite pair of culottes with my oversized blazer to switch up the typical suit style. With such non-fitted items it was in my best interest to pair the pants and blazer with a low cut tank top, it helps break up all of the black and fabric. Skinny ties are another huge trend on the rise right now and they’re the perfect accessory to pair with a statement suit.

Whether you’ve got a meeting, a dinner, an event, or you just want to step up your #FashionFriday game in the office, get creative with your workwear pieces! If all else fails, work a skinny tie and be instantly on point.
