Baby it’s definitely cold outside, but we’ve still got plenty of holiday partying to do! If there’s one thing I know about us girls it’s that nothing comes between us and our cute holiday dresses, dammit. “I don’t CARE how cold I’ll be!”

I absolutely love For Love & Lemons ready-to-wear collection and while perusing through one of my absolute favorite stores in Los Angeles, Planet Blue, I found this adorable “starry” For Love & Lemons matching crop top and skirt. There was something so fun, playful, and festive about it I had to have the whole set. I’ve actually worn them together and separate and they’ve both served me very well. I love wearing the top with high wasted trousers and a leather jacket, and the skirt is so cute with a heather grey sweater and ankle boots! Together though they make for the perfect little NYE or holiday party ensemble. I’ve paired mine with a long sweater and booties for warmth, but the set works well with (*simple*) strappy sandals and pea coats too.

I took my new outfit on a date this week to go have dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and with all the insanely stunning decorations I think we blended in quite nicely. If you haven’t gotten your fill of Christmas lights and holiday cheer, go have a meal or a drink at the Beverly Hills Hotel – they’ve got the whole “Christmas decorations” thing on lock down!
