I DID IT GUYS. I FINALLY MANAGED TO CO-DESIGN A T-SHIRT, and uhhh not gonna lie. I am feeling incredibly proud and accomplished. This has been a project in the making for months and I am so beyond thrilled to finally be able to share my little MNKR collaboration with the world. MNKR is a local based T-shirt design company who believes that “human rights should come before profits”. They are a brand I have always loved and admired, so truth be told it was only a matter of time before we eventually joined forces to create something great and especially something “Los Angeles” together.
The type on our T says “VIVA LOS ANGELES”, for obvious reasons, but the overall design is reminiscent of our younger years (most notably the 90’s) when the smiley face obsession was at an all time high. I don’t know about you but I remember this period in my life very, very well, and it was a very happy period of life at that.
If you are a lover of Los Angeles and think it should “viva” forever this is the tank (or T) is the one for you. For my own personal shop I have created two different styles in two different colors: ladies you have the option of grabbing a tank, gentleman you have the option of grabbing a standard cotton T. But if you’d prefer to switch it up – you do you! Both options come in black or white, for just $30 each.
