12DAYS3FINAL

2015 has been such a wonderful, happy, and successful year for Love & Loathing LA. I’m so grateful for all of the love and support I’ve received from my followers, and I feel lucky to have met and partnered with so many new inspiring brands and individuals. With all of these lovie and happy feels floating around me I decided I wanted to get in to the spirit of giving this holiday season. I’ll be giving back to the community in many ways throughout December, but in honor of the downright FUN side of giving I’m hosting a “12 Days of Christmas” giveaway on Instagram December 1st – the 12th!!!

I’ve partnered with 12 of my favorite LA brands I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the year to bring you prizes worth $100 – $200 in value. If you’ve got an Instagram, make sure you’re following me @loveandloathingla to keep up with each daily giveaway (tip: they’ll start in the morning!). I won’t tell you what I’m giving away, you’ll have to follow along Instagram for that, but I WILL give you a sneak peek inside the brands I’ve partnered with! Happiest of happy holidays friends and GOOD LUCK!!!

ARTISAN HOUSE

Artisan House is a gorgeous and grand restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles and happens to be one of my favorite places in the area to grab a drink or enjoy a “farm to table” meal. They open early, close late, and offer everything you could ever hope and dream for. [check out my post about their epic bottomless mimosa brunch HERE!]

ART OF TEA

If you’ve ever ordered tea at a restaurant in LA, there is a 95.4% chance you were given a tea made by Art of Tea. That’s a guesstimate, but Art of Tea is truthfully the best organic tea crafters/blenders I’ve come to know and they’re located right here in Los Angeles. Their classic flavors are the best in their class, but during these Fall/Winter months I personally can’t get enough of their holiday teas such as the butterscotch or the dark chocolate peppermint. Check out all of their blends and should you like to purchase some teas today you can save 20% AND get free shipping! Thanks Cyber Monday!

BEYOND YOGA

Whether you’re actually in to yoga or you just love wearing yoga pants, *guilty*, no yoga clothes will ever compare to the level of softness and comfort Beyond Yoga’s clothes offer. Beyond Yoga’s clothes are made right here in the USofA and is a brand founded on supporting the lifestyle of passionate and inspiring women – aka: all of us. Ladies, that is. Check out the goodies (buy all of the pants that are 87% polyester, they’re the extra soft ones) and save 20% off your purchase during their Cyber Monday sale!

THE CHURCHILL

The Churchill might be West Third Street’s “Most Alluring” Gastropub, but they’re also quite possibly the most gorgeous, the most fun, and one of the most favored gastropubs in the city. Whether you’re in the mood for a beverage and a pizza, happy hour cocktails, or an epic brunch, The Churchill has got you covered. Beautiful people included.

THE CHURCH KEY

The Church Key has been one of my personal all time favorite “Modern American” restaurants in LA for quite some time now. Every time I visit I am surprised and pleased to find my meal was somehow better than the last. Between inventive dim sum items, adult otter pops made table side, a gorgeous and grand interior, and brown butter brioche donuts made fresh, The Church Key offers hands down one of the most fun and delicious dining experiences in Los Angeles. [Read my post about The Church Key HERE!]

GOLDENVOICE

Goldenvoice is one of the leading concert promoters here in Los Angeles and is personally responsible for all of the shows you’re probably dying to go to – festivals like Coachella included. The best venues in LA including The Fonda, Club Nokia, The El Rey Theatre, The Shrine, Microsoft Theater, and The Roxy are one with Goldenvoice. I trust that any show they book is likely to be amazing!

THE HUDSON

Truly “your neighborhood bar and eatery” where you can enjoy one of the best boozy brunches in LA, or just hang with your friends over dinner and cocktails. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for The Hudson. It’s one of my favorite places in West Hollywood to meet up with girlfriends for happy hour, stare at really ridiculously good looking people, and hang around during the holidays when it feels EXTRA cozy inside.

JIGSAW

Over the past year Jigsaw London has become one of my favorite go-to brands for simple, structured, classic yet inventive wardrobe pieces. To me Jigsaw is like J Crew’s more affordable sister –  a bit more moody and intellectual, but definitely still related. If you’ve followed my blog over recent months you’ve seen a number of my favorite Jigsaw items – here / here / here – many of which are still available online and in their Montana Ave store front!

OTHERWORLD

I never thought of myself as a kimono kind of girl, that is until I was introduced to Otherworld. With bold colors and designs crafted on the most incredibly luxurious fabric, Otherworld makes gorgeous light weight kimonos fit for any girl. The best part is? There’s more than one way to wear one. Check out all of the Otherworld styles, find the many ways in which you can rock one, and take a peek at their sale happening this weekend!

PITCHOUN BAKERY

Pitchoun Boulangerie/Patisserie is a fine French bakery and pastry shop in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It’s family owned, artisanal, and one of my favorite places in the city to treat myself to something fresh and delicious – whether that be one of their hand crafted sandwiches/salads or a sweet and sugary pastry. Everything about Pitchoun screams cozy, warm n’ fuzzy, and relaxed – it’s one of those places I suddenly find that hours have gone by and I’m still content just hangin’ out!

PROJECT GRAVITAS

When I think about good companies doing good things, Project Gravitas is one of the first brands I think of. Project Gravitas is designed and crafted in the US and solely in the business of creating quality clothes with classic silhouettes to boost confidence. They design some of the most chic and on-trend items I’ve had the privilege of wearing myself (Cape Blazer anyone?) and I simply cannot get enough of everything this inspiring brand stands for. [Read my post about Project Gravitas HERE!]

STK

STK is, as they say, “not your daddy’s steakhouse”. In fact it is a gorgeous, sleek, modern American steakhouse where having a good time and enjoying a quality meal is of the utmost importance. STK is a brand known around the world, but STK LA now located at the W Westwood offers something truly special.

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE

When it comes to organic, green, top notch quality skincare products Youth to the People is up there at the top of the “best” list. “Powered by superfood, and perfected by science”, YTP’s cleanser, anti aging serum, and moisturizer were made for us health conscious folk – namely us Angelenos. 100% vegan, 100% recyclable packaging, ingredients made in the USA, no fragrance, no parabens, no animal testing, and no added color – just 100% effective and 100% awesome.

I’d like to extend a huge and incredibly heartfelt thank you to all of the brands who have made these giveaways possible, and I’d especially like to thank YOU for supporting these incredible local brands who support me!
