May showers brings June flowers apparently this week in Los Angeles, and clearly it’s not stopping me from still wearing whatever the heck I feel like. I threw on this wide brim fedora and a trench to at least attempt to dress the part for drizzly weather, but the choice in sandals was a total LA girl move – “Oh its raining? But I was going to wear these sandals?” So I did anyway. With the chillier days like the past week or two we’ve had here in LA, light coats are still my favorite items in my closet, besides of course my new sandals for Spring/Summer, and minimalist casual dresses. The wide brim fedora trend has stayed in fashion from the chillier months all the way through these (what were) warmer months and I’m enjoying seeing a variety of colors and styles to choose from. For me and my closet, the grey scale and minimalism is key so this particular hat really does it for me! Cheers to the weekend friends – yay for Spring rain!
