Pop-Up Magazine | The Theatre at the Ace Hotel

Pop-Up Magazine has finally made their way down the coast from SF to the City of Angeles to grace us Southern Californians with their outstanding, extremely well received evening of “new stories, documentary films, photography, art, and radio live on stage.” The Theatre at the Ace Hotel provides the perfect backdrop for a night of creativity from a variety of topics and interests. This sounds like the first of its kind in LA, so be one of the first to get in before it starts immediately selling out like it does in SF! (more info and tickets here)

The Schlitz Bouts 2014

The Schlitz Bouts: A Night of Heritage Boxing, Style, and Entertainment | Hollywood Athletic Club

One of the coolest, most fun and unique events is about to hit Los Angeles and you have a chance to get in on the action. Schlitz Brewing, the classic American lager crafter, is hosting a vintage inspired evening with cocktails, live music, period-specific special performances, a classic heritage boxing showcase, and more. The event will be held at the historic Hollywood Athletic Club where guests are encouraged to get into the proper vintage spirit of the evening and come dressed in 1920’s inspired fashion. – If there’s a town who knows the value of a good costume party… I think it’s LA. – If you’d like to join me at the event, enter for your chance to win tickets HERE! (just do it, it’s easy.)
